Enrollment (Electronic): HealthComp commonly accepts enrollment information via electronic means. We work with data generated by your payroll or human resource system to maintain eligibility within our claims system. Or you may wish to use our HCOnline system to provide us with eligibility information. All eligibility changes are uploaded, and new identification cards are produced and mailed within 24 hours of receipt of information. See description of the HCOnline system.
Enrollment (paper): HealthComp supplies a unique, simple, two-part enrollment form used to make all eligibility changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, dependent changes, address changes, etc). All eligibility changes are entered, and new identification cards are produced and mailed within 24 hours of receipt of information.
Identification Cards: HealthComp supplies a customized identification card that is a favorite among members and providers alike. Our hard plastic, credit-card size, identification card contains critical Health Plan and benefit information necessary for your employees to receive the much desired hassle-free service from their providers. The card format is pre-approved by you, the employer, before being produced to assure that it contains the information you consider most important.
