  • Tuition for Preschool
  • YMCA fees (for day care reasons)

 

Expenses NOT Eligible

  • Bottled water
  • Cosmetic procedures (unless necessary to
    eliminate a deformity, personal injury, or disease)
  • Expenses for food, clothing, and entertainment
  • Insurance premiums of any type for individual policy or spouse's or dependent's insurance premiums offered under another employer
  • Marriage counseling
  • Teeth bleaching or whitening
  • Care for a dependent over 12 years old (unless dependent is disabled or handicapped)
  • Care paid for a dependent not residing with participant
  • Camps for educational purposes only
  • Overnight camp expenses
  • Child Support Payments
  • Tuition for Kindergarten or higher grade
